By utilising HPMS - the Holroyd Profile Management System - we can help you develop far superior profiles. HPMS consists of a suite of sub programs for the development of a wide range of helical profiles for screw rotors, vacuum screws and pump screws.

The HPMS software allows for the manipulation of files to obtain a more favourable profile for machining; it is also used as a tool to assist the control of the profile during production and optimisation of meshing conditions in the compressor. Depending on customer requirement, we can also provide compressor and profile design and optimisation services in association with the Centre for Compressor Technology at City, University of London.
